5 ways we’ve made FlipWP better for buyers and sellers

We’ve been busy improving FlipWP over the past few weeks. Here are the highlights – all live now.

1. Filter listings by price, revenue, type, and business model

Buyers with an active subscription can now narrow down listings instantly using the filter bar at the top of the listings page. Filter by type (Plugin, Theme, SaaS), business model (Freemium, Paid Only, Addons), price range, and ARR range. It’s all instant – no page reloads.

2. Seller dashboard with listing stats

We’ve been tracking listing views and enquiry data behind the scenes – now we’re surfacing it to sellers. Each listing card on your account page shows days on market, views, and enquiry count, so you can see at a glance how your listing is performing without having to ask us.

3. Mark as sold or remove – straight from your account

No more waiting for a check-in email. Sellers can now mark a listing as sold or remove it directly from the account page. If you’ve sold to a FlipWP buyer, we’ll capture the sale details. If you’re removing, we’ll ask for a quick reason so we can keep improving.

4. Enquiry data visible to sellers

You’ve always been able to see enquiries in your inbox, but now we’re showing the numbers on your account page too. See how many buyers have enquired on each of your listings and track interest over time.

5. ARR multiples in the Monday email

Our weekly email to buyers with an active subscription now shows the ARR multiple alongside the asking price for each listing – e.g. “$125K asking price (2.5x)”. We’ve also added per-listing editorial commentary so each listing gets its own write-up rather than a generic introduction.

We’re working on a few more things – better email notifications for buyers, a free alert tier, and more seller self-service tools. If there’s something you’d like to see, just reply to any email from us or drop us a message.
